Terry was Michael Swaj’s right hand during his rise to power and during the beginning of his research into the “cure”. He was also the closest thing that Swaj ever had to a best friend and even when they disagreed Swaj made sure to always provide a place for Terry on his staff. During an experiment with the cure he was injured, resulting in his viral transformation, near death, and being hidden away from everyone. Swaj returns to Terry’s family every year, spending the day with them as a way of celebrating Terry and Michael’s way of easing his own conscious.
